Sensory evaluation

Plain flour
Appearance: Yellow on the inside, light brown on the top. Relatively smooth surface
Texture: Smooth and a little moist
Aroma: Fragrant smell
Flavor: Taste like a normal butter cake

Wholemeal flour
Appearance: Dark brown, rough surface. The top layer has a slightly darker brown colour
Texture: Gritty texture. A little dry and crumbly
Aroma: Less fragrant
Flavor: Less buttery taste, and slightly bland
